“My favorite horror monster is Pennywise.”

“My favorite Halloween-themed song would be “This Is Halloween” because it is nostalgic and fun to me.”

“Nope. I am a downright coward.”
What did you like to dress up as in the past? Why did you enjoy dressing up like that?
“I dressed up as a karate kid, jolly rancher and crayon. I just did things I thought were funny or easy to do.”

Which urban legend scares you the most? Why?
“The urban legend that scares me the most has to be La Llorona. She is a woman who drowned her baby in a lake and continues to roam the area weeping for her dead child. Since it is a huge part of Mexican culture, I have been told this story by my grandma countless times, and I think she might have scarred me as a child.”
Do you prefer gore or thrillers? Explain why.
“I one hundred percent prefer thrillers over gore. In my opinion, movies that include a lot of killing and gruesome images aren’t truly scary. I’d rather be hanging onto my seat in suspense and hiding behind my sweater, wondering when the ghost is finally going to reveal itself.”
Do you get scared easily? Explain.
“Yes, I get scared easily. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been the biggest scaredy-cat. Honestly, I blame my dad and brother for constantly hiding behind doors and scaring me when I walked into literally any room. Despite being the biggest chicken, though, I still like to torture myself and watch scary movies.”
You’re home alone, but you hear footsteps in your house; what do you do?
“If I heard footsteps in my house and I was home alone, I would do one of two things. I would either hide under my blanket, hoping I was just hearing things or leave my room with my pepper spray and confront the creature lurking in my house. It just depends on my mood and how brave I’m feeling that night.”
Where do you enjoy going on Halloween, and for what reason?
“I enjoy spending Halloween with my family. Every year, I go trick or treating with my cousins, and we make sure to go to the streets packed with the most kids since we want the most candy, of course. Sadly, this year I won’t be going with them, though. They think I’m too old now.”

If you got trapped in one scary movie, which would you choose? Why?
“If I were trapped in a scary movie, I would choose the nightmare before Christmas because it’s not that scary, and I got scared of it as a 5-year-old, so I’d consider it a scary movie. Also, the movie is so whimsical, and I feel like my life wouldn’t be threatened there, and it would be fun.”
If you could only wear one Halloween costume for the rest of your life, what would you be? Why?
“If I could choose a Halloween costume to wear for the rest of my life, it would be the costume that I am wearing this year which is a sith lord from star wars because if I just wear it for the rest of my life, people will begin to think that I am actually a sith lord and forget that I was ever human so then they will start bowing down to me, and then they will be intimidated.”
Would you rather go to a Halloween party or go trick or treating? Why?
“I would rather go to a Halloween party than trick or treating because as a cross country runner, the last thing that I want to be doing on a Sunday is walking miles because I always do that.”
You’re in a horror movie. Are you the final girl, the first to die, the comic relief, the skeptic, the smart one or the killer? Why?
“If I were in a horror movie, I would be the character that everyone likes, and towards the end of the movie, they would do something heroic, and then the director kills them off.”

“I am the type of person who falls asleep because I am always sleep-deprived.”
